If the public is forced to pay for this idiocy then the public should be given access to the story! The public regardless of party should be aware of the actions of our elected people and the hires that they make so that we can make adjustments in our voting. (Many of us will adjust our voting anyway.) If the GOP pays for it fine, they can keep the story in the closet with the rest of their dirty laundry!
