JCP is in deep trouble, just like Sears, when the clerks are rude during a purchase & gives an impression there is a dark cloud permanently affixed to the sky above - customers leave and don't come back. 2nd factor of its demise is everyday pricing is too high! CEOs of JCP, Sears, & Best Buy do not factor in customer service & satisfaction - guess what, your sales have feet & they've walked out your door with an empty shopping bag.
