The rear tires are cupping, and the fronts are becoming louder and louder. What is going on?

"Two and 10 o'clock is not recommended because it can be dangerous in vehicles with smaller steering columns and equipped with air bags," according to a brochure by the American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association. The AAA, NHTSA, and SAE also recommend the "9 and 3" position. OK, bring on the thumbs down.
