Thin secondary still a Vikings concern

Secondary, linebackers, defensive tackles, wide receivers, offensive guard, and the entire coaching staff and the defensive scheme is a concern. I'm more concerned about our defense that I am our offense this year. Pass-happy football needs to put together a 3-4 defense.

There is a reason, why I drafted Rodgers in my fantasy league. Look at the defenses he faces, twice a year.

Great to hear that Jerome Simpson can attend meetings and work out at Winter Park while suspended. 3 weeks of "idle time" away from the team would have been a recipe for disaster.

If your expecting great things this year you're only going to get aggravated. This is a year for seeing what we have for the future. It's called "rebuilding". If you look at it that way, you might actually enjoy the year. Please don't start screaming about how bad we are after 2 weeks. NO EXPECTATIONS! Personally I feel that we'll have some pleasant surprises and go into next year with playoff hopes. And cut Ponder some slack. He gets the whole year to mature. I think he will.
