So, one person cannot interject their own bias apart from the legislature's design?

As bad as these ammendments are, the Supreme Court got this one right. No single person should be able to spin the title. The flood gates have been opened, and the next ammendment we vote on taking away liberty will probably be called the "sunshine ammendment".

This is a win win for everyone. Put it to the voters. How it is worded is not really relevant.

Millions of dollars that my neighbors have to pay, for what / so the regressives can stop a few democrats from voting. Just what we need, more government from the big government Regressive party.

Shame on Ritchie for trying to pander to special interests rather than being true to his job requirements - not smart and more typical of Chicago style political garbage. The voter ID amendment makes total sense - I'll be voting YES. 26 states already have very similiar provisions. If you have any concerns, just email the bills sponsor - she got right back to me via email and answered my concerns. Look into the details for yourself, there is a lot of intentional misinformation form the no side.

Shameful. The court completely ignored existing law that specifies that the Secretary of State shall provide the titles for amendments on the ballot. Today, we are not a State of Laws.

It's the only reason it exists, nothing more nothing less.

They should have entitled the marriage/union question: "Should the government deny the basic rights of its own citizens?"

Ouch, the lib's didn't get their way and only got the bad PR from this act of desperation by their number 1 hack, to bad. On the other hand this will toughen you up for more losses come November.

The US Supreme Court rules for the Democrats in Obama Care and it's not a political court; the MN S.C. rules for the Republicans and it is a political court. The ACLU and Democrats hypocracy seems to be showing !
