An August hunting season is being considered, but it's possible hunters don't want more geese.

I'd love to shoot a few but where does one go? I have clothing and the gun but can not invest in all the decoys and flags and , and, and...... So maybe we just need someone to start some guiding services in west central Minn or Advertise them better or....

Humans population growth out numbers Candian Geese by a very large margin but nobody is talking about humam population growth now are they?

I'll always say this... Open a few years of a spring goose hunt and hunters will take care of plenty of local birds. Growing up on a farm I seen what they do to crops, golf courses, and other local parks. It's time to take drastic measures and take down the population. Geese have no real threat besides humans.

Well lets me know were I can hunt. Most places are hard to hunt because farmers don't want hunters on there land with crops still up in august and Sept. Second get rid of the four dollar FEE. Mn DNR wants money not to solve problem. Stop making problem start fixing them!!!
