I'm still convinced Sage is the better QB on the Vikings roster since Culpepper. He runs a better offense than anyone else out there. I just dont like the group thats supposed to score for us. It looks weak.

Rosenfels clearly should be the vikings #2 QB instead of the painfully one-dimesional Webb!!! He may not be as mobile as Webb but he can do far more than Webb will ever be able to achieve in a number of categories such as being able to read a pro style defense, being able to look beyond his primary reciever to see if another reciever is open, being able to look beyond his primary reciever for more than 2 seconds before deciding to abandon the play entirely and just take off and run. Lastly, being able to understand the playbook and being capable of running more plays than the one and only play Webb runs which consists of taking the snap from the center, faking like he is going to pass and then simply hoping their is an opening for to take off and run with the ball. Hang in there Sage, all of us purple homers know you can get it done given the chance!!!

Reality is that Rosenfels is the best QB the Vikes have. When Matt Schaub was hurt a few years back, he competed and did an admirable job. His only issue was that he tried to do too much and that got him in trouble. Compared to Webb and Ponder, he has a better understanding of the game and is the more ready QB to lead the Vikes at this point.

I thought the reason Minnesote hired Tubby Smith and is paying him $62,000 per game was so we could keep players like Jones and Vaughn in-state. If they both leave, Tubby should go with them.

Always liked Rosenfels. Thought he got the short end of the stick, last time he was on the team. I am not saying that he should have played instead of Farve, but think he was better than Jackson. He just never got the chance. The positive thing about him being here now, is that he will be a QB coach for Ponder, and Webb. [Something neither Farve, or McNabb, were willing to do]. I still believe he can play the game. He maybe a 12 year vet, but has not taken any punishment for some time. His understanding of the game, and the way he acts off of the field, can only help the young QB's ahead of him on the depth chart. I don't think he will move ahead of Webb, but I believe that he is a better QB, than Webb. My only concern is that his contract is way to much for a 3rd string QB. If he helps to make Ponder, a consistant NFL starter, and helps Webb refine his game, then it will be money well spent. Would love to see him get 1 more chance. GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Must not be much to write about when you have to highlight Rosenfels.

Attention Viking Nation: You can cry all you want about who should be playing, starting and etc. The bottom line is we are only as good as our coach. Leslie Frazier is 6-16 at the helm. Second worse in Viking history with a 273% win percentage, only Les Steckel 3-13 was worse and he was gone after his first year. That was 28 years ago. So you see how far back we are. Stop the pain now. Get rid of Frazier before he becomes the#1worst coach ever!

Hey Sid, noticed you have given up on the Twins officially. You keep crying that refrain, "players win championships"...well, give Gardy, Saint Peter and Terry another pass but please make Jimmy boy accountable...

Sage looked much better than Ponder on Friday and had much less to work with. He should definitely be our #2 and our #1 if Ponder doesn't show anything by game five. I'm not a Ponder fan, but I'm hopeful that he does develop into our franchise QB and proves me wrong.
