Win or lose, be there? No, winning makes the difference. Sitting there during humiliating losses to the Dakotas is not fun. Cheering a win and leaving fired up to continue the party makes fans want to be there. Sitting there hearing fans booing and chanting fire Brewster is not fun. Let's hope Kill builds a winner and everyone will want to be there!

10-4 podman, and please have them at least play average so that we have one team to watch and root for this football season...

Actually, this is why no one goes to goofer games. You have a core of fans [ie gooferholers] who don't know how stupid to act. Turf angels after a 1 point laydown over 7-6 Iowa?? Wow, the casual fan must be thinking "how stupid and boring." "Wake me up when they drill a Rose Bowl bound Wisconsin by 21...........

The experience of goig to the game is exactly what I am trying to avoid. Why would I want to put up with all of the brewhaha when I can enjoy watching the game in the comfort of my own "man cave"? After all, what I really want to do is just watch a game.

Just win, Jerry. Then you won't have to spend U monies on agencies and slogans. Just win. And hurry.
