It's gonna be a long season, these guys are not very good. Man I hope the NHL has a season. Wild and Wolves are our only two solid teams to watch around here and the Wolves might not be solid without Rubio

Chargers missing 9 starters & on the road and still the Viking look inept. There is no excuse for coming out"flat". A big shakeup is needed by the organization. It looks the same as last year!

If tonight's an indication, Kalil looks like he's going to have some trouble with speed rushers. Sound familiar?

"And if Friday's early effort was any indication, the Vikings -- who lost to San Diego 12-9 at Mall of America Field -- are going to need help. And lots of it." Um...I was at the game. Field Goal + Touchdown + Extra Point = 10 points.

I guess it is what it is, pre-season. Does Peterson fumble twice, eh, who knows. The refs are horrible, the only thing that really had a decent flow was the defense. I agree, I hate the "coming out flat" cliche, gets old when these players should bring it game in and game out, pre season or not. Left half way through the 4th. Paid full price for less than half the effort. Giving away next year's pre-season tickets. SKOL!!

Vikings look like Brewster's Goophers.

This team will remain a 4-5 win club for the foreseeable future because nothing was done in the off season to upgrade the complete lack of talent they have within the coaching staff, front office, in the defensive backfield, at middle LB and (minus Harvin) at WR. Signing mediocre free agents from other teams because they were not good enough to remain with that club (Simpson and Carr) and starting rookies (Harrison) that have never played a down in the NFL regular season in the defensive backfield will spell disaster for this last place caliber organization that continues to shop in the bargain basement for low budget talent that everyone knows is not going to produce any wins. This cheapskate organization run by two clueless clowns from New Jersey will never be able to even reach the six win mark as long as they have Spielman and Frazier at the healm.

This team looks worse to me than last year's. The only thing they do well is rush the QB. They suck at absolutely everything else. And please stop telling me what a great athlete Webb is. At what sport exactly is he so great? Certainly not football. He ain't no QB that's for sure. Of course Ponder doesn't look like a QB either. Then there is Speilman, Frazier and Wilf. Not a real football mind in the bunch.

Always good humor to come on here and read the weeping and gnashing of teeth over a preseason loss. Get a life fellas.
