Is this D.A. trying to say its okay if innocent people were found guilty because of poor lab work as long as he or the lab arent embarrased by faulty prodedures?

This is a typical MN prosecutor - convictions at all cost, and innocence be damned. This guy and his ilk ought to be incarcerated for a while and get a taste of what it's like to be locked up on false or tainted evidence. The sad part is the upper courts always side with prosecutors, regardless of how badly they break the rules. MN criminal justice system is run by a bunch of criminals - starting at the top!

sheesh my God , better 1000 guilty go free than an innocent be caught up in this busted system. Let me tell you straight it seems that the true knuckleheads will somehow be given EVERY last bit of the benefit of the doubt but a true innocent or just a guy that makes one bad decision gets caught in the machinery of the government then all hell will come down on him. I really don't care at this point what it takes get to the bottom of this story and if it means trials have to be done over then so be it

Interesting that the exact "officer of the Court" (the Prosecutor) is the one who is supposed to "Protect" the interest of the People (Citizens). It is the Prosecutor who is trying to "Protect" the incompetent Government. Is there a Conflict of Interest here? I would think so. Maybe this prosecutor should not be in "Government Service" .
