While I worked there I met Dick several times. He was always genuinely glad to see you - great guy.

Don't know Schulz and don't own any BB stock. However, I do have to say that given today's announcement, the "erosion" in earnings that he alluded to in his letters seems to be accelerating at a faster pace than even he suggested.
