Audie Coloe although not as athletic as many of the Vikings LB's make up for that with his football I.Q. There is a lot to be said for a player that understands there responsibilities, especially a rookie. He showed a good understanding of dropping back into the passing lanes while focusing in on the quarterbacks eyes. That all being said we still need to see more of what he is capable of in stopping the run the game to be a complete LB.in these next few preseason games

I like this young man, he may not be the best linebacker in the draft but he is getting the job done and done well. Give me a bush hog who has to fight for ever inch of success over the gazelle who breezes through things, any day of the week but especially Sunday....

A sack in his 1st game. 2 ints for tds in his 2nd. He has been around the ball, and doesn't seem to be out of position. The preseason is for rookies to make plays, and get noticed. Can't argue, that this kid has made plays when he is on the field. He looks like a player that with more field time can only get better. Did anyone take notice of the starting Safety play of Smith, and Raymond? Just preseason but liked what I saw. Young , and Hungry, is what this team needs!!!GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a defense that last year, with the exception of Jared Allen, made few plays, Audie Cole has shown that he can be a playmaker. Sometimes players are kept around for their potential, their physical proportions, their bloodline. Let's hope the Vikings keep Audie Cole because he can make plays. Hope to see him on the field a lot in the first half this week.

Have to keep this guy on the roster. Brinkley won't stay healthy and there's no depth. Get this guy up to speed on special teams and keep him around. I'm dying for some of these late picks in recent years to turn into great players. (I'm sure Spielman is too.)

There have been multiple times over the years where you see our linebackers have a ball thrown right at them and they drop it. I like this guy and hope they keep him on the team.

I would rather have 22 average athletically football players, than 22 super athletes that have zero football IQ........ Cole STAYS!!! Brinkley is out of position, hits the wrong gaps, and has not shown much of anything....... We also have a guy named Soloman Eliminem who we need to get on the second team to see his skills. We need to keep the BEST FOOTBALL PLAYERS, PERIOD! Not the Best Athletes.
