Just another loss by a god awful team but Gardy is going to tell us post game, of course, that "our guys battled their butts off out there all day but..." couldn't get a hit when needed as always and, of course, very marginal pitching once again. Simply another manifestation of the season plus long approach. But hey, the Twins have their new stadium at taxpayer expense thereby increasing the value of the franchise to the owners so why worry about the quality of the team put on the field?

A big difference in this game was the Mariners relievers threw mid 90's, the Twins , not so much. How did that pitch to contact work today?
