U.N. Human Rights Council declares that rights are universal online, too.

There are, at last count, 196 countries in the world. That means not only are there 196 concepts of what "human rights" mean, but there are also 196 separate entities intent on protecting their sovereignty, and all do it by different (and differently justifiable) means. This article is meaningless, because there are no common definitions to anything that relate to it. Is America or Canada going to foist their opinions on "human rights" onto countries like Syria or Yemen whose very existence can be threatened by what their governments may (justifiably) see as internet rabble-rousing? Good luck with that!
