Speaking of Rochester, it's interesting to see what Bobby Cuellar is now doing with Esmeraldo Vasquez. The guy's about to go to 8-5 with a 2.85 ERA down there. Diamond, Walters, DeVries...why is Cuellar not UP HERE??? Terry Ryan needs to unload this staff this off-season, and Bobby Cuellar needs to be brought in as pitching coach.

Boy - The cupboard sure looks bare to me. I can't wait until Sept when we can clear out the entire pantry and show the fans what we really have!

The Pohlads spend the mimimum they have to spend each year and hope the team is competitive and has a chance to win the division. Wish they were like Tigers Owner Mike Illitch who owns a team because he wants to win and isn't worried so much about the bottom line. He has millions outside of baseball, just like the Pohlads, but he wants to be a winner and spends the money.

The obvious question still remains unanswered..why is Butera still taking up a seat on the bench?

Hope Parmalee gets plenty of AB's if he's the one they call up. He is going to play a big role in the Twin's future.

31 losses? that's 98 for the year...99 and 98 respectively and he's still got a job...wow what life...doesn't say much for those of us who have to WORK for a living...Parmalee needs to work on his fielding...that's the one "hitch" he has right now and lack of patience at the plate...
