not come close to losing 99? think again Sid..if they lose Sunday that's 65 losses..they lose 25 or more of their remaining games and they are looking at two year in a row with 90 or more losses... and Gardy will still have a job? only in Minnesota would that happen...no where else...and MLB knows how inept their coaching has been...these are guys that know the game of baseball...that can't believe the Twins aren't making any changes...

Sid, the often out-coached and overmatched vikings will finish 4-12 this season and everyone knows it. All the first round draft picks for the next decade along with the most favorable schedule every year couldn't bring this club out of the NFC North cellar!!! As long as Frazier, Spielman and Mark Wilf are in the organization the vikings will never win even eight games in a season.

Versatility is just another word for not being very good at one thing. It is the most overused word by the Vikings. I could care less about how "versatile" a player is. I would rather have a one-dimensional all pro.

Jim Kleinsasser was one of the best tight ends in the NFL? I try to give you benefit of the doubt Sid, but wow that was a stupid statement. Sorry man, losing interest in your column. Might be time for the Trib to say retirement is a solid option.

ANYONE who says or belives that Jimmy Kleinsausage was one of the best tight ends in the NFL is either lying, does not know a thing about football or is spewing nothing but homeristic nonsense that has no merit whatsover!!! Sid is guilty of all three!!!
