Two quick things- 1. I have not tried Quixotic yet, but have been to Urban Bean and can attest to the focus on creating more than just a cup of coffee- the UB cold press is more than just a morning pick-me-up. And 2. Hey! Don't knock the Miller Lite, I'll take what you don't want..

Never did get the point about drinking acidic, bitter, and burnt-tasting coffee. The 2 best things you can do for a decent cup, is don't buy over-roasted beans, and prepare it by cold soak. I'm never tempted to drink the stuff most establishments serve, knowing I'd have to add at least 2 packets of sugar just to make it almost drinkable. Plus, I've saved a ton of money!
