Former NFL player Keith Sims took on his own weight issues and is now trying to help others do the same.

I think it would be a good thing for the NFL player association to establish a program that would assist players in matters such as weight loss/control. They could use a limited portion of their pay/benefits to hire professions and offer NFL retirees a reorientation to their new realities that include healthy weight loss as they reenter the "real world"!! Player commitment to their personal health does not have to overly costly, but is clearly a need!!

create an NCAA and nfl weight limit of 300lbs. if your not at or less than 300 yo dont play. for the many players that are above 300, give them a year to shed the weight
