It's a sad day when a bill has to be passed to help an injured serviceman, all the health care they need should be automatic. There's no hesitation on sending them to fight, shouldn't be on helping them either.

As a Vietnam vet, I am especially thankful for Rep Walz and his efforts to assure needed care for vets! It is truly amazing how many people think supporting return military consists of attending a parade, waving the little American flags, applauding and then going home. The earlier comment by mickeyex05 that says we shouln't need special legislation to compell the necessary care for veterans is right on!! Thank you Rep Walz and we need to return you to Washington to continue "the watch" on behave of all veterans!!!

Wow! This couldn't be one of those socialist liberals could it? Walz and Franken have done more for veterans than any number of republicans in the past 20 years. And it takes liberal democrats to do it. What is this world coming to?
