I purchased the Kindle version of this series and am glad to have it. However, the Kindle version does not include all of the photos/drawings/maps shown in the newspaper version. Why not?????
Would love to have the prize cookie e-book--but I only have iPad & Kindle readers. Will at least one of these versions be available well before Christmas? Or, could you send me a print copy?
You can now buy the book via iTunes, and we hope to have the Amazon connection working soon. Thanks for your patience and interest in the book! - Lee Dean, food editor
Is there any way to buy a pdf of this? I don't have any of those devices...
Some ability to print this book is essential. How long will Kindles etc be around? Please help me to keep these recipes! Back in the 1970's, I'd clip from the paper and use glue to attach to an index card. Sadly, newsprint deteriorates fairly quickly. Most of those recipes have now fuzzed to oblivion. But they lasted longer than recipes I downloaded to the computer I was using 10 years ago. I've learned my lesson to print, but will you help me out?
I agree with some of the other comments asking for the availability of downloading to a computer and printing out the applicable recipes when needed. Even though I have Kindle on my iPad, do not want to keep propping it up on the kitchen counter every time I utilize a recipe.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my e-copy, BUT I bought and had one sent to my daughter-in-law and she never received it. She loves to bake - so sad she didn't receive her copy.
Huh. It appears that not one person is asking about "The Road Back." I wonder why? Perhaps some episodes of the highly admirable "Beyond the Gridiron" should be included too as DVD's? And, uh yeah, that was sarcasm in the extreme.
Thanks for answering the question about Lucia. He really played poorly initially so now it makes sense he is not playing.
I'm glad these young women and children are getting help. I do think we need to find a way to punish the men who use these children with no thought. They are all someone's daughters (and sons.)
