This team is going straight to the bottom of the NFC central.

Only two reasons to get excited on this team... #28, and #12.

As far as Rudolph he better show more than he did last year. And same with injury prone Carlson. If Simpson doesn't become a deep threat we are in for a 2-10 year. Which I hope is good enough to get a true franchise QB that will last 15 years or more. Or a super and I mean super star wide receiver. The Vikes need to draft a great wide out next year and also steal one away in free agency. Or pick up one of the average wide receivers of the Packers.

Brunansky just hope AP doesn't reinjure his knee right away and last the whole season and then use him to trade for 3 number one draft picks. Our division is so strong now. We need to build for 2 years from now when the rest of the teams will be headed to the bottom.

bredpath 69 only plays good if he gets off to a good start in the beginning of the season and mainly against lousy teams. And he only worries about sacks, maybe if he could cover his run tackling then I may get excited about him.

BUT, can he block? AKA Jimmy K.

Brunansky....the Vikes are already at the bottom of the division. They have no place to go but up. The Vikes will be a lot more consistent on offense this season. They will score plenty of points. the biggest question mark will be the pass defense, which was pretty much non-existent last season. They had a long list of needs to shore it up; better pressure on the QB and a better plan and better talent in the secondary. Not easy to fix in one off-season and pass defense is still likely to be a liability this season. Rudolph is a stud. He can catch, run, block. He's big and athletic. Vikes were right to draft him and he should be the 'go-to' receiver on 3rd down. Vikes also need to use Harvin much better than they do...especially if AP isn't going to be quite the same. Plenty of talent on offense and the Vikes did a good job of shoring up the o-line. They won't go 3-13 again but 8-8 is not an unreasonable expectation for the Vikes this season.

No one talks about how HORRIBLE McNabb was at the start of last year. Not only was he terrible but he didn't care that he was terrible. That's at least 3 wins right there. 9-7.
