Architects paid homage to the area's three main industries - lumber, flour and woolen mills - in the $25 million renovation.

Too bad they couldn't buy 50 gallons of paint to make the front exterior look marginally presentable. Looks like a dumpy warehouse. Would it have killed them to put $50k (0.2% of their budget) into the exterior?

If this face-lift were truly local, they would have hired local designers as well.
