We have many good neighbors and families that live in our complex and for all of us to be labeled as societal dengenerates is unfair and unjust. Do we occasionally get problem tenants? Yes. And our management does a wonderful job of ousting them or making them shape up. The issue is not the type of housing, but rather the slumlords that sit back and collect money while not caring about the condition of their property or the activities that occur there. Everyone needs a place to live and something that's affordable across all income levels. The foreclosure bubble is a perfect example of how people that had no experience or means to maintain a residence had no business owning a home. And you know what most of those people are now?
