Kara Goucher ready to run for 'something big’

Goucher, from Duluth, will be competing in the Olympic women's marathon on Sunday morning, four years after competing in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters in Beijing.

She'll need to run the race of her life to medal, and even that may not be enough: all three US women in yesterday's 10K ran their fastest times ever and didn't even crack the top ten. Is no disgrace; the competition is just fierce these days.
