"The tools consist of "environmental response funds" (ERF) administered by Hennepin and Ramsey counties....The funds are used to perform the costly cleanups of polluted sites before they can host new development." WOAH BESSIE!!! What happened to the superfunds we contributed to when we bought hazardous materials such as mosquito repellant, household disinfectants, swimming pool chemicals and etc.? Did they go into the black hole known as the Department of the treasury never to return? it upsets me that all of the money Dow Chemical, Rohm and Haas, PPG & etc have been collecting every time I buy their products is not used for the purpose intended and I have to pay more in hidden taxes to fund what my neighborhood needs
