I worked at MTS in the 80's and 90's. It is now a shell of the company it used to be. Two CEOs were responsible for this situation, and they have come and gone without any personal fines or penalties. The former now owns a business and the latter received a over a half million to "step aside." Imagine if YOU screwed up costing your company and shareholders milllions in fines, not to mention being banned from certain business ventures, would YOU receive a payout to leave or simply be fired on the spot and possiblu face criminal charges? Those 2 individuals should be investigated for wrong doing and charged with crimes if appropriate.
