"In fact, Spielman believes the Vikings have four very strong QBs."-----and Gardy thought he had too many pitchers to choose from.

After 2 days of camp, how can you determine what's a good one?

Sid was there another Carl Pavano pitching for the Twins the past three years? So well? Hardly. He hasn't pitched so well since the 2003 Series.

If I was Justin I would hope I'd be traded to LA. Playing in Arizona, San Fran, Colorado and LA. Wow.

Should Spielman be able to comment on his draft picks? Since he made them he may be somewhat biased. Let's wait until the games are played. Spielman's track record isn't that good. And, I mean his career, not just Minnesota.

Hey, Lindy, I agree with the tenor of your comment, but let's give Pavano a little credit when it's due: he was 18-8 in 2004, and 17-11 in 2010, with over 200 innings and an ERA under 4 in each of those years.

so, Sid, you're looking at 14 and 2 and a Super Bowl win?

Sid continues his "homey" ways. This Vikings will be at best a 5-11 team this year. We should have traded Peterson last year while we could have gotten something for him. Now he's damaged goods and will be at best 70-80% of his former self. I wish there could be more optimism but until we get rid of Speilman and Frazer this team will languish in the cellar of the North.

Vikes like the Twins are in need of a good GM. The Wild and Wolves are making these two teams look like slugs

The only "surprise" that could come from the vikings this season is if Frazier is still the head coach after week #7.
