Lets see, from the Strib, the CEO of Alliana makes $1.8 million, from Fairview-$1.5 million, of Childrens-$1.2 million, ParkNicollet (Methodist) 1.0 million, North (probably the most similar)-$827,000. Seems like $600,000 is pretty cheap from a head of a hospital. Maybe that's the problem.
