Nightlife: Hot patios

After weeks of hiding inside from the heat, it's time to give the season's new patios some business.

Outside of the "beer" at Cowboy's, I have a hard time believing that men are drinking little if any of the other drinks mentioned.

I despise any Cowboy themed bar in the Minneapolis area but I really enjoyed myself at Cowboy Jack's downtown after an afternoon Twins game.

I paid my first visit to Cawboy Jack's last night. Pretty nice set up there. The patio is fantastic but gets a little loud when the trains rumble by. All-in-all, I'll definitely frequent the place. Now if they could just do something about that horrible country music they play...

Cowboy Jack's, as well as the other Cowboy bars from that franchise, are horrible. It's where you go when you graduate from college, get your first "real" job, and want to show off your sweet Affliction t-shirt to the rest of your bros.

I like that great patio at that new place overlooking Lake Calhoun, JJ's Coffee & Wine Bistro. A great place to get my morning coffee!

Rooftop bar/bistro/lounge/crafthouse vit doo, vit da doo doo, ung, ung, tiisk. An up and coming DJ Vegan1gance spins for the hip crowd of foodies and local socialites. A new farmers market and lambswool is discussed with a faint moan and purposefully placed stutter. NPR.
