Manager Ron Gardenhire's frustration was clear after the Twins fell 18 games below .500. Now, the GM is on the clock.

yes, can they please just release him? I'd rather watch a high school kid pitch than him.

Pathetic. Pohlads, someday the degree of corruption in which you own this team - lifting no finger to help improve, no finger to do anything about the mediocrity, while lining your pockets from we the people who helped build you your precious sandstone stadium - someday, you will be taken down and brought to justice. Shame on all of you.

I like Blackie as a person but it's time to go. He's making All-Stars out of waaaaay too many people. When you look forward to playing the Twins you know we got problems. But I really hope people see this has nothing to do with in game managing. Some games do yes but not the major losses like this. Our pitching is just rude.

As bad as the pitching is, Mauer and Morneau just do not hit for enough power or drive in enough runs. Period!

If you're swept by the Sux, then you really Sux.

Don't say the Pohlads aren't lifting a finger, they are. Problem is it is the middle one and it is pointed at all the suckers that are paying for this rot.

The team has quit, people. Take Willingham out of the lineup, this is a 30 win team right now. They stopped playing for Gardenhire last year already. Ellouise Pohlad has got to be ashamed of what Jim is allowing to happen to her team. I am embarrased for him, even though he doesn't care.

if the twins can keep up their torrid .408 winning percentage for the rest of the year, they would end up at 66-96 and a three-game improvement over last year's disaster. wahoo....

Put a healthy Baker on the staff and they're a 50-win team. What's your point?
