Round and Round we go when it stops no-one knows. Good thing the Wild signed Suter and Parise. Ill but my tickets there instead.

Here comes Kirilenko? I move that the team plays Procol Harum's "Whiter Shade of Pale" when they take to the floor...

My first impression? Just another first round Kahn bust. But this is what good teams do. They trade first round picks to acquire better players. Boston did it, and transformed their team from a loser into a perrenial winner. You can't win by relying on young players, especially if most of those players have been busts. Wes Johnson has been a bust, and Kahn can't get a first round pick right to save his life. I just hope Wes doesn't all of a sudden blossom into a #4 overall pick. We need veterans, and this is just another step in that direction. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

So just to summarize, the Wolves traded a former 1st round pick/overall #4 pick AND a future 1st round pick and received nothing in return? Seriously? This makes the Vikings "triangle of authority" look like Terry Ryan in his heyday.

Nothing Kahn does makes sense. Other than drafting Rubio all he has done is make "cap clearing" deals, What free agents are we after?

first, you get rid of the bad blood, then you get rid of the bad players... addition by subtractions, love it.

Am I missing something? We traded Johnson and a #1 pick, for more or less nothing? We free up some more cap space - even though there are NO good free agents still available. So now we'll spend a bunch of money on someone that isn't worth it??? KKAAAAAHHHHHNNNNNNNNNN

How do you give up on a 4th overall pick after just two years? The scary thing is the only player after him worth taking would have been Demarcus Cousins or maybe Gordon Hayward. The rest of the draft was pretty week. Oh well- hope they get Kirilenko.

I really hope that first round pick is lottery protected.

I feel like Kahn is playing Roto basketball with a real life team. Seriously, it's madness with this guy. If we DON'T sign AK47, this deal was for naught then, and then he has to be fired. Seriously, what's his drafting track record??
