Was shocked when I heard this. It seems like only yesterday when she made that historic flight. A sad day for NASA and can't remember her without thinking of that song: One of these early mornins, Gonna be wipin' yo weepin' eyes. The people who admired her are doing just that. R.I.P. Capt. "Space used to be a man's world." -- Not for the Soviets, it wasn't. They put a woman in space twenty years before America did. Rest in peace, Sally Ride, but it would have been nice for women's time in space to come sooner.
