Once everyone comes to grips with the fact that no matter what we do and no matter how many boats the DNR pulls over or how big the fines get, zebra mussels, milfoil, and the like, will not be stopped. The sooner we can all admit it, the happier we'll be.

BOHICA..Here comes more fund raisers, restricted access to public water, law enforcement intrusion and assumtion of guilt all in the name of "protection".

It's funny that the LMCD is still calling for increased boat checks, user fees, etc... all for the "protection" of the lake when we know the invasive species already exist there. The LMCD doesn't really care anymore other than an excuse to keep more people off the lake.
