Let's see. An Angel typically wants a large payback in a short period of time. Say, 500%-1,000% of their investment in 3 to 7 years. With the Angel credit, they get back 25% within a year. In other words, that puny credit isn't going to make an Angel invest in a deal they weren't already planning to invest in. It truly is as the article states a "cherry on top" for the investor class. Free money for the wealthy from Joe Taxpayer.
