Revere's so fast he ran into an inning-ending DP on a ball hit in front of him when he wasn't forced and with only one out. If he stays back on second, the Twins score and have a man on second with two outs. More speed than savvy.

Beat me to it jgrout. Once again, the fawning over a catch (albeit a great effort was made) that didn't happen, and of course it is forgotten about his terrible base running blunder tonight. Span last night...who the heck is coach responsible for smarts on the basepaths?

Revere terribly misplayed that double and triple. Span and Doumit both were guilty of terrible base running tonight too. Gardy should have pulled Devries by the 3rd. Just another bad example of so called "leadership" by our field staff.

I knew more about how to play the game by the sixth grade. What we have today are athletes without a brain and a manager to match. The Twins are a joke. They belong on the comedy channel.

The Twins remind me of some of my softball teammates. Some are very atheletic, but go braindead when on the bases. You remind them of what do in each situation, but they either ignore you or forgot what you told them on the next pitch and screw up. Then the rest of the team says why did you tell them there was one out, etc. Some players just get sooo excited and do what they want. Great atheletism can sometimes be a hinderance.
