I tried Yoplait Greek yogurt a few times, but it isn't the same as Chobani or Fage, maybe that's why they have a crummy market share. They are trying to cheap it out instead of making a better product. Lawsuit maybe not, but the market should take care of this.

Why is court the remedy - why not just buy something else - and blog-flog GM for putting out cold-milk-stew with fruit ???

false advertisement is a sue-able offense! ...sure damages shouldn't be over $12.00 and court costs but they should be forced to remove the false labeling if deemed illegal usage of advertising a product in which it is not..

Look for Yoplait "Greek-style yogurt" on a supermarket shelf near you soon.

Wasn't there an old SNL commercial with Kevin Nealon for a product called "That's Not Yogurt". Looks like life is imitating art.

enough problems in the Greek yogurt market, with its venerable Yoplait brand falling well behind the competition........it's good to see the radical left supporting a company that supports their out of the main stream views....lol

This litigation is not surprising. In a general sense, Minneapolis is perhaps the best candidate for "Processed Food Capital of the World".

Stop wasting money and make your own yogurt. 1. Heat milk to 180F 2. When cooled to 110F add a couple tablespoon of yogurt. 3. Leave overnight at room temp or until translucent liquid separates at the top. 4. If you want greek yogurt, strain off the liquid through cheesecloth or paper towel. 5. Refrigerate and eat cheap fresh yogurt, without any garbage (i.e. sugar) added.

Based on the obesity rates, I am surprised someone read the label. Who suffered damages? While reading this I grabbed a bottle of beer. It said Ale on the bottle, but I thought it was a beer. Who can I sue? I was mislead....
