What a team they're building! Compared to last years squad is no comparison. We're building a team that can actually shoot the ball, and getting rid of players that can't. Kevin, you wanted help, now you're getting it. It's absolutely amazing what a great coach like Adelman can bring. Players want to play for him. Same goes for Ricky. Everyone loves playing with Ricky. If all our moves pan out, this is a playoff team, no doubt. Move over, Lynx. You've got company.

Let's all hope he isn't Marko Jaric 2.0

zebmuas, That starting 5 you listed would be quite an impressive unit. Hope it happens. Makes me wonder what the plans are for Williams though. I doubt he pictures himself as a 6th man. If he can be patient for now he could really help us off the bench next year and either develops into a starter here, or more likely commands high trade value and brings one more piece to the puzzle in the next year or so. Just when I thought this would be a fair to mediocre off season, Kahn pulls this off. I sure hope the Frenchman lands here, if so not bad at all. Not Wild caliber, but pretty respectable and most certainly gets us into the playoffs next year.

kris2003...talent wise he could suck like Marco Jaric, but he will never be Marco Jaric because we didn't give up an unprotected 1st round pick to get him like we did Jaric (which ended up being the 10th pick in this years draft). Thanks McHale!!!

The average T-Wolves fan will probably know nothing about some of these players until they watch them in the olympics. The good news is that it looks like MN sports teams are not content with the same old players and same old results.

Percyroy12: Please get your facts straight. The trade for Marko Yaric was protected for 6 drafts. The trade was made in 2005, if it was unprotected as you say the pick would have been gone in 2006. You are right the trade was bad, and Shved could suck like Yaric, but we have have not given up a player or draft pick for him.

"He is a very versatile player who has the ability to play the one, two or three spots on the floor. " - K. McHale talking about M. Jaric. And don't forget we go Lionel Chalmers in the trade.
