Can't believe we are interested in Stiemsma. Sure he provides defense at Center but I can't imagine him getting much playing time.

The only reason the Wolves are interested is because he had a decent game against them, the rest of his season was marginal at best.

Yeah, I can't see what the interest is in Stiemsma....with all due respect for Coach Adelman, I can't see the team's interest in Pau Gasol, either. Of course, who am I? But, I do know there are a couple or more better choices out there for the Wolves!

Nicolas who? Anybody else heard of this guy? not me. I wonder why? Could it be because his career averages are: 10.2 ppg, 1.3 apg, 3.9 rpg.? This can't be about numbers, if so Michael Beasley's are better. And here I was somewhat hopeful the days of idiocy were over, but with the recent talk of trading Derrick Williams, the current releasing of Beasley and Anthony Randolph, will logic be the one ingredient missing once again from the decision making?

Stiemsma is no more of a shot blocker or shot alterer than Pek. The guy is worthless. How many white/European guys do we need on our team? I can't believe the Wolves are thinking of getting rid of Williams. Gasol has no fire in his belly and little gas in his tank. Heck, I'll dust off my two years of high school Spanish from forty years, add to it, take a trip to Spain to get a feel for the country, and be Ricky's friend--all for free. What's worse than Kahn alone? Kahn and Adelman.

Might as well bring Darko back. This is going to be a pathetic season. Remember, folks, making the 7th or 8th seed means you are mediocre, and mediocre teams, as KG can attest to, tend to be bounced out of the playoffs in the first round. Not signing Beasely was a mistake. Trading Williams will be an even bigger mistake. But Kahn and Adelbrain are capable of it. BTW, Rubio is not going to be effective this season, so we're going to rely on Luke who can't penetrate and dish? Dismal, dismal, dismal. 30 and 52 here we come.

Yawn. Boring. I thought you said you'd be aggressive this off season, Mr. Kahn? I think I'll go hang out with the Wild instead.

Hmmm. I guess the Wild's recent success at signing energetic free agents can't be matched by the Wolves. I hope there's a hockey season next year, cuz I know what sport between the Wolves and Wild I'll be way more interested in. GO WILD!!

i think gasol is aging, we did trade KG at the same age though KG is a freak of nature. we gave away gasol potential in montejunas. though beasley + bynum would, or should give the lakers enough to acquire howard, should have tried a 3 way trade with la and orlando, us acquiring gasol, better than giving away beasley for free. batum is a good player, can shoot the ball. jamal crawford, by contrast, has been shooting the ball worse than corey brewer, and is old. lou williams is a very good player, a better bet than roy, almost without cartilage in his knees.

I'm surprised at how much Kahn is deferring to Adelman this offseason. Makes me wonder how much was promised to Adelman to become the coach. I am not and haven't been supportive of the moves made so far, but I respect Adelman enough to give his roster makeover a chance.
