That's great. Whatever works. My wife quit the corporate world in 2008 and is down 20 lbs just because she works hard at her company. I was part of a layoff on March 28th and have lost 32 lbs so far. Sitting behind a desk and working many hours is not good for the body. I miss the great lunches, but they were killing me. My BP is really down. Amazing how much better I feel already.

"I do love pastas and bread," she admitted. "It's hard for me to pass up." Damn straight! Pasta and breads are the very evil that needs to be rooted out. Combined with regular exercize the results will be manifest!

Congratulations Michelle! It is hard work to lose weight and keep it off. Keep up the good work and from experience, if you gain any weight, do not beat yourself up, but take it back off immediately, don’t say to yourself, oh its only a little and wait til it is more. It’s easier to lose little amounts instead of big ones! You are a true inspiration!
