how many opinions "for" were given, and how many "against"? To be unbiased, it should be equal, shouldn't it?

It is not the Congress, not the Court, not even the President that gives us the government we get. It is all about what "We the People..." decide in our elections. We have no one, no one to blame but ourselves. We elect the people who say what we want to hear, not the people who will do what needs to be done.

As a business owner I say we are finally on the right track. Last 2 1/2 years of business going great after previous 3 years of terrible. Should be no great surprise. History shows economy grows and is best under Democrats.

@Tommis...""The Affordable Care Act solves nothing in terms of delivering greater access to lower cost, higher quality health care..." What?? Have you STILL not read the Act yet, Rep. Gottwald?" Have you not realized how long of a wait you will have for any elective procedure such as joint replacement, MRI, etc.? Instead of next week it will be next year. Welcome to your new and improved health care.

Yes, this is a good thing. Like everything else that is a plus for Obama and his Administration, the only negative comments, of course, are from the Republicans....of course, first thing they want to do is repeal it. Rep Gottwald is as blind and uninformed as most of the Reps.

"It is only "affordable" because someone else will picking up the tab.".............And just who do you think is ALREADY paying these costs??? For 50 million uncovered people, it's those of us who do pay for insurance- to the tune of $1000/year in higher premium prices! Forming large exchange pools will spread & therefore lower the costs for all Americans.
