I think we can all agree that Obama's policies have not worked as he had expected.
If the guts of Obamacare is deemed illegal and tossed, what will Obama have to run on?
This will most likely define his presidency. If I were him, I wouldn't feel too confident.
Of course either way, the last remaining Obama supporters will find a way to blame someone else. That seems to be plan B when his policies deliver poor results.
A rare win for America and all Americans
It is not a victory if the people don't want it.
A political victory? For passing something that nearly 70% of americans didn't want in the first place.
Obama won. America Lost. Hold on to your wallets Mr and Ms Middle Class. Your premiums will be going up an ADDITIONAL: 5 to 10% to pay for this!
This not a victory for Obama. It will be his undoing to win reelection for sure.
The individual mandate IS constitutional. To all those who posted on the Strib website that it WASN'T and that Obama didn't know what he was doing even though he had taught constitutional law for 10 years.....boy, were YOU wrong!
A sad day for America.
Me thinks it will be a hallow victory and a rallying cry to defeat Obama. The markets are already crashing because of Obama's "victory".

You wish! Just see what happens when you try to take away the closing of the donut hole from seniors, the coverage of kids on their parents policy up to age 26, the guarantee of coverage in spite of existing conditions.
You'll have 70% of americans up in arms faster than you can whistle Dixie.
