Keep it simple. Just vote 'NO' on all Constitutional amendments.

It's called the "Kiffmeyer Finesse", after Ex-Secretary of State Mary Kiffmeyer (Republican) rewrote the Minnesota election rules to allow a situation where targeted people can be bounced from the voting rolls too late to correct the "problem" before the election.

Jim, You talked to me yesterday. Not sure why you would not check who is funding us. We did file a campaign finance report. The Koch brothers have not given us a dime. Carlson claiming that the Koch brothers are funding this shows that he has not read a report either. Joey

I'll be voting no for all the constitutional amendments. I've been an election judge fr 20 years and I've never seen a single case of fraud. This is simply a solution looking for a problem that doesn't exist.

Why is it, that even when Republicans give their groups names, it has to be dishonest. Why don't they just call it what it is, "Republicans for voter suppression" as the congressmen from Pennsylvania admitted to over the weekend as to why all these Republcan controled states are pushing these ALEC ammendments. The Republicans see the writing on the wall. They know with minorities soon to become the majority they will have little chance in future elections without suppressing the vote now.

So the sore loser Democrats are going to block voter ID through the courts because they know it will pass if allowed on the ballot. That's the liberal view of Democracy. Maintain your advantage by any means possible.

So Kiffmeyer is state chair of ALEC in Minnesota, but says ALEC did not influence her decision to fight for voter ID. Okay.

Underdog? This is the amendment 60-75% of Minnesotans see as simple common sense. It's a slam dunk if it makes it to the ballot which is why the party of fear is trying to make sure Minnesotans have no opportunity to speak to it with their vote. The potential disenfranchisings can be overcome and going forward, we will have greater assurance than we do now that votes cast will not just be votes counted, but votes not disenfranchised. We don't have that level of assurance today. We can do better, and this amendment will take us to better.
