Housing is making a comeback?? Don't count on it. There's still a long way to fall, the market is still being propped up.

How many new homes that were never occupied are still sitting empty? And now we're building more. Oh, but they're "green" so I guess it's OK.

Housing comeback? I guess i missed a meeting, theres a few more new houses being built but most of the construction i see is for apartments. Existing houses are selling below thier value and theres lots of inventory and forclosures still out there. A housing comeback is 5-10 years away.
