Is the voter ID ballot question 'unfair and misleading'? By precedent, no.

License and registration please. Guess what happens if you don't show? You go to jail! Pretty simple stuff.

Actually, in Minnesota we're asked for license and proof of insurance (unless things have changed it's been awhile since I was pulled over). And, if I recall what I was taught in school correctly, voting is both a right & a responsibility but driving is a privilege.
