I really don't want to pay for a couple of Republicans messing around.

The Party of family values, personal responsibility, fiscal responsibility, and anti-frivolous lawsuits is costing all of us a lot of money. We get no value for these legal bills, they are nothing more than a waste of time as the MN GOP tries to cover up the litter box of what was done between Republicans, and by Republicans.

$85,000 and counting! This is money that is gone for no good reason. That's at least $85,000 from the budget that will have to be made up somewhere. I guess they will deal with it just like the family living on $40,000 a year which receives an unexpected bill for $85,000. They will just cut their living expenses such as housing, food, heat, gas and work for two-plus years with everything going to pay the bill. Of course, they could also find another revenue stream such as working three jobs and keep their house, and cars. But that would be the right thing to do. That's too much to ask from the Gang Who Couldn't Shoot Straight. Fortunately, we won't get fooled again!!

So what is the surprise? GOP wants two sets of laws, rules, ethics, tax rates, government subsidies, pollution regulations, etc. -> One set favourable for them, the other set designed to pay for their treatment. If Rmoney is elected, it will happen there too.

It is my sincere hope that all DFL legislative candidates will point to this as Exhibit A as to why the DFL needs to take back control of the Legislature. The hypocrisy of the Republican "holier-than-thou" mindset is infuriating. It is also my sincere hope that everyone at the Capitol, DFL included, has learned a good lesson from this debacle.

Once again the tax paying citizens of Minnesota are on the hook for "fun time" at the legislature....I will never vote for any Republican ever again! Somewhere down the line the "laser focus on jobs" got lost in issues they considered more important like who we can marry and who can vote! What a bunch of two faced liars!

Why are taxpayers paying to clean up a GOP mess? These legislative Republicans are hypocrites in both word and deed.

Another fine example of the GOP avoiding or foisting the payment of bills, solely brought about by their less than moral actions, on the general public. I can't think of a single reason to vote for any one of them for any office!
