Maybe this is how the Vikings should have raised money for their stadium.

If similar school funding programs were adopted by Anheuser-Busch or Miller, it could raise additional hundreds of millions. Of course, the critics would also have much more to holler about.

What a sad state of affairs our school financing system is in when we have to cut coupons to educate our children. Maybe the Republican legislators should be cutting coupons to pay off the more than $2 billion debt to our schools here in Minnesota.
