Wet, warm spring means it's a good year for the mosquitoes. But the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District is stepping up its attack.

It is time for the State of Minnesota to put a bounty on mosquito pelts.

A great deal of our tax money is nothing but a great bunch of waste. However, the money we spend on mosquito control is well spent. The folks who do this work for us do an excellent job and I commend them for their service.

The MMCD is one of the few useful government agencies. They are responsive and actually strive to provide a decent service for citizens and the cost per household in the Twin Cities is VERY low.
