Let's forgive the 2012-2013 season at the Minneapolis Convention Center before it even starts and look forward to the magnificent return of this wonderful orchestra to it's rightful home next summer!

They're NOT going to work on the acoustics? Are you kidding me? This reminds me of HHH Metrodome campaign...the one that shouted "We Like It Here!" Only in Minnesota would this inept acoustical design be touted as "A Gem". If you believe this folks, I've got some slightly used bridge gusset plates that I can sell you!

bobobobo, I would be curious to find out what sort of concerts you attend at OH. If you go to amplified pops concerts, I would agree that the acoustics are lacking, and that should be improved in the renovation. However, for purely classical concerts, OH really is one of the finest halls in the country!

it'd be nice if the hall could accommodate choral groups a little better. it's a little dry for us singers!
