Eagle-eye photographer solves mystery of missing Chaska bird

An eaglet rescued after a severe storm 14 years ago in Chaska has been tracked to a nest in St. Peter, where it is flourishing.

Nice story. I saw an eagle by the Mississippi last week - it was flying about 20 feet from the sidewalk on the top of the bluff and had a huge fish in its talons. They are so much fun to see. Banning DDT was a great accomplishment and gives you hope that maybe humans actually can take care of the planet.

I live in Burnsville and commute to Bloomington for work. I see eagles flying during the fall/Spring waterfowl migration on the way to work. Priceless.
