This is a service well worth investigating for most inventors and small start-ups located in the states where it is available. There is one very interesting statement attributed to Mr. Calvert which opens up the most important aspect of moving any new invention forward. The statement says and I paraphrase there needs to be a Gates or Jobs success story to inspire inventors. In fact Gates and Jobs story should strike terror into the heart of all small start-ups and inventors for they are perfect examples of the problem for which another inventors aid is sorely needed. How to defend your invention and product against a large and well funded opponent who seeks to take your creation. Hopefully Calvert and the teams of attorneys in each subscribing state will at least inform inventors and small start-ups of the pitfalls and new demands and traps of the latest patent law the America Invents Act which unfortunately was mostly structured for America of Large Corporations and Wall Street Bankers rather then the core small start-ups that are the life-blood of our nation.
